Updates on Hockey NS Rebound Plan 2.0

Please find below a message from Hockey Nova Scotia in regards to the new Rebound Plan 2.0, please take a moment to read through.  With the moving to Phase 5 earlier this week, Hockey NS rebound plan has been updated and one of the important changes parent and players will be happy to hear is that Covid pre-screening forms are no longer required to be completed.  We do ask that players still do a quick pre-screen before coming to the rink and if not feeling well or have any symptoms we ask them to not come to the rink and to go and get tested.

Earlier this week, Nova Scotia has transitioned into a modified Phase 5 of the provincial reopening plan. As we noted last week, Phase 5 plan begins cautiously. While some restrictions have been lifted, others have been maintained.
 
With these changes in mind, we have updated our return plan. Attached to this email, you will find Hockey Nova Scotia - Rebound Plan 2.0
 
Rebound Plan 2.0 is an entirely revised document. We encourage you to review it in its entirety.
 
The new plan also links to the Hockey Nova Scotia COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. We ask that you also take the time to familiarize yourselves with it.
 
As we cautiously prepare to lift some of the restrictions that were in effect last season, we must continue to work together and follow the protocols and advice of Public Health. The safety of our entire membership remains our top priority and we all have a role to play.
 
Let’s continue to work together respectfully as we prepare for a new hockey year in the hopes of making it the best possible experience for those who love this great game.
