Call for Nominations for the AGM

As previously mentioned the DWMHA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday June 12, 2022 at 6pm.  
 
Our deadline for nominations and bylway changes must be received no later than SUNDAY MAY 22, 2022.
If you would like to put your name forward for the following positions you must do so no later than - SUNDAY MAY 22, 2022.
 
1. Vice-President (Note - must be already on the board for a minimum of one year, to apply for this position)
2. Treasurer
3. Director of Competitive Hockey
4. Director of Registration
5. Director of Communications
6. Director of U7 / U9 Divisions
 
PLEASE NOTE - We are looking for candidates for the Nominations committee - if you are interested please email nominations@whalers.org.  All nominations for electoral candidates must be in 21 days prior to the AGM. 14 Days prior a qualified list will be presented to the membership.
 
We are also looking for candidates for our finance and audit committee.  If you are interested in this committee please send an email to the above email address as well. 
 
If you would like to see any bylaw changes this must be done 21 days prior to the AGM by SUNDAY MAY 22, 2022. Please email secretary@whalers.org if you have any amendments.
